Throughout the entire process of choosing a stove, installing the slate hearth, oak beam and then the stove itself, there were never any problems. Communication was great and the actual installation process was quick and easy with no disruption, all done in a friendly manner. All works were done in a professional way and the place left clean and tidy afterwards. Everything was explained clearly. A pleasure to do business with and would highly recommend to anyone in the future. We had the Stovax Riva Plus Small installed and it works like a dream, just in time for the winter.
